VaultiXe is a product owned and operated by SkyCorp Nexus Solutions Ltd Our All rights, content, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by us.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text; our system uses secure hashing.
• Your data is encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM, ensuring only you can access your files.

3. Use of VaultiXe

• VaultiXe is provided for safe storage, protection, and management of your files.
• You may access other users’ files only if explicitly shared with you via CE2EE or SSE.
• You may not attempt to access accounts or files that are not shared with you.
• You may not distribute malicious software or attempt to bypass security measures.

4. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using VaultiXe, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined.

5. Data Security

We implement multi-layer security, including AES-256-GCM encryption for client-side files and secure storage protocols on the server. While we use industry-standard practices, no system is 100% immune to unauthorized access.

6. Service Availability

VaultiXe may experience outages or maintenance. We aim to minimize disruption but do not guarantee continuous availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkyCorp Nexus Solutions Ltd is not liable for any data loss, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the platform, unauthorized access, or events beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. You may close your account at any time, but we cannot recover deleted data once removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Changes become effective when posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
